An all levels fitness class with a circus twist!  Aerial Boot Camp is a fun and challenging workout using aerial silks, aerial trapeze and a mix of exercises to build core, arm, and leg strength.  This workout is used to build and maintain top athletic shape and prevent injury by aerialists and acrobats, and a great workout for the fitness enthusiast of any level.

Come join us in the air with this creative and fun alternative for physical fitness. Anyone can do it and no experience is required. This class will utilize yoga flows to combine breath and movement in order to increase flexibility and strength.   Active stretching builds both strong and flexible muscles needed for circus and non circus bodies alike.  The class will also include an inversion practice at any level- whether you are new to handstands or a handstands pro.  We will start each class with a quick-paced flow series and conclude with inversion and restorative stretches. Everyone will work at their own level to advance their practice with guidance from the instructor.  No prerequisites, all levels

What to wear

Leggings or yoga pants that cover the back part of your knees. No bare legs please. A fitted t-shirt or singlet that will not ride up over your head when you invert is also a good choice. Please be sure to remove any rings, bangles, bracelets or dangly earrings before class. And don’t forget your reusable water bottle, this class will make you thirsty!
