🌈 Toledo pride showcases 🌈
Students, it’s your time to shine! We’ll be performing at Toledo Pride, August 16th, 2025.
BEVC will be performing at Toledo Pride in Downtown Toledo. We are looking for acts that celebrate love, joy, authenticity, or other Pride-related topics. Consider acts exploring friendship, self love, community, family, etc. This will be a family-friendly event. This is a great opportunity to polish and revisit an act you have already created or develop something new.
This showcase is open to Teens and Adults with existing Open Gym privileges.
You may submit a solo, duo, or group choreography act (Please note with group acts only one aerial apparatus can be rigged at a time.)
Selected acts will be required to signup for one of two feedback sessions with us to get help on developing their act.

Join us for a workshop series focused on creative ways to enhance your choreography for upcoming acts at Toledo Pride or future performances!
IMPORTANT DATES:
Sat July 12 - Deadline to submit submission form and video act proposal
Mon July 14 - Notification of Participation in the Show
July 25 between 6:00-8:30pm - Feedback Sessions
July 27 between 6:00-8:30pm - Feedback Sessions
Aug 8 between 6:00-9:00pm Dress rehearsal on the rig (Optional but encouraged)
Sat August 16 - Show and Parade Day!
🌈 BEVC Walks in Toledo pride Parade 🌈
Join us for walking in the pride parade! Are you’re a stilter? Get your stilting on. Like bubbles? Bring a bubble wand. Want to walk and show support for our community? Bring a friend or family member and join us!
All students under 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian the entire parade.
Meet us: 11:15am
Parade runs: 12:00pm-1:00pm ish
LOCATION: 20th & Adams St., Toledo, Ohio
Check-in for walkers and floats will be at 20th & Adams St by the Ottawa Tavern parking lot.
Parade kicks off at noon from 17th & Adams. It will travel down Adams St. to Summit St, around .8-1 mile in length.
